IMITATION CRAB DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1/4 c. sour cream
1 green onion chopped
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. dill weed
8 oz. imitation crab meat (cut fine)

Cream the cream cheese with mixer until smooth. Add sour cream and seasoning; then imitation crabmeat. You can add 1 tbsp. of milk to make the consistency for a dip instead of a spread. Serve with crackers or rye bread.
