SOUP CORN CHOWDER 
4 tbsp. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. butter
4 c. milk
6 potatoes, cut in 1/4-inch slices
2 cans corn
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Sprinkle of Cayenne
8 slices bacon

Fry onion in butter until golden brown. Fry bacon in a skillet until golden brown. Cook potatoes until soft, then drain the water out. Add milk, onions, corn, salt, pepper, cayenne, and the bacon. Bring to a boil and serve. Serves 8.
