1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
3 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 generous tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 pint (2 cups) sour cream
1 (21 oz.) can prepared pie filling

Melt butter, add to crumb and confectioners' sugar mixture. Line 8-inch springform pan. Mix well next 4 ingredients. Pour into pan. Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes. Top with sour cream. Bake 5 minutes more. Let cake cool. Top with prepared pie filling or topping (blueberry, cherry, strawberry, etc.) Chill overnight.
