CHERRY CHEESECAKE 
2 (8 oz.) Philly cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 box vanilla wafers
Cherry pie filling

Mix until fluffy and smooth. Put vanilla wafers in bottom of cupcake wrapper. Fill 1/2 full with mixture. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and top with cherry pie filling.
