GRANDMA'S BEEF STEW 
3 (15 oz. ea.) cans beef broth (Swanson)
2 (1 lb. ea.) pkgs. beef stew meat
4 or 5 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup diced onions
1 1/2 cups fresh diced carrots

Pour beef broth into a large, cast iron pot, along with beef stew meat and chopped potatoes. Add diced onions and diced carrots. Let cook on medium heat for 3 to 4 hours, or until meat is cooked through and vegetables are tender.

Serve immediately.
