TURKETTI CASSEROLE 
2 c. broken spaghetti
1/4 c. diced pimento
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (divided)
2 c. cooked turkey or chicken
1/2 c. diced onions
1 c. turkey or chicken broth
1/2 tsp. pepper

Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside. In 1 1/2 quart casserole combine turkey, pimento, green pepper, onions and spaghetti. Pour soup and broth over mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Add 1 1/4 cups of the cheese. Toss until well blended. Sprinkle top with remaining 3/4 cup cheese. Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
