CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 pt. commercial sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 c. diced chicken
1/2 lb. pkg. spaghetti, cooked and broken in small pieces
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 1/2 c. chicken broth

Melt butter, add flour, stir in chicken broth and mushroom soup. Cook slowly until thick. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream, salt and pepper. Add cooked spaghetti. Pour in greased casserole and top with grated cheese. Bake uncovered in a moderate oven 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
