CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
10 oz. pkg. chopped broccoli
4 oz. spaghetti
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. cooked and diced chicken (1 whole breast)
2/3 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. chicken stock

Cook chicken in water and salt 15-20 minutes. Prepare broccoli as directed and drain. Prepare spaghetti as directed and drain. Melt butter in saucepan; blend in flour, salt, and pepper. Gradually stir in milk and chicken stock. Add onion. Cook and stir over medium heat until sauce is thickened. Add broccoli, chicken, spaghetti, and lemon juice. Mix well and pour into 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
