CHESS PIE 
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. milk
4 eggs
Dash salt
2 pie shells

Mix sugar, flour and butter; add eggs and milk. Pour in 2 slightly cooked pie shells. Cook 325-350 degrees, 25-35 minutes.

NOTE: Add 2 tablespoons cocoa for chocolate chess OR lemon extract OR coconut.
