MUMMUM'S CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE 
2 squares (1 oz. each) Baker's semisweet chocolate
1 stick butter (use butter only)
1 cup sugar (white or brown - prefer light brown)
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla

Melt butter and chocolate (use microwave just until melted - do not overcook). Add sugar to beaten eggs. Combine chocolate mixture and egg mixture and beat until thick.

Pour into unbaked 9-inch (not deep dish) pie shell and bake in 375°F oven for 25 minutes.
