EASY PINEAPPLE CHESS PIE 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, softened
4 eggs
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Combine sugar and butter and cream well. Add eggs and flour, beating well. Stir in pineapple and vanilla. Pour mixture into pastry shell. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Cool thoroughly.
