CRAB (IMITATION) SALAD 
1 pkg. imitation (frozen) crab meat (chopped)
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 med. bell pepper, chopped fine
1 tsp. parsley flakes
2 stalks celery, chopped fine
1 clove garlic (or garlic powder)
Seafood seasoning (McCormick's), to taste
Salt to taste
Sweet or dill pickles, chopped, to taste
2 boiled eggs, chopped fine
2 c. leftover Kraft dinner (already cold - completely fixed with cheese, etc.)
Mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
3 tbsp. Italian dressing (approx.)

Note: The longer this marinates together, the better!!

Combine all to consistency of a "lumpy" potato salad, add Italian dressing before mayonnaise, as to not get too watery.

Serves 4-6, depending on hunger. Very good alone or with fried fish or boiled crawfish as a side dish.

This came out great. I used sweet relish instead of dicing up a pickle and just used elbow macaroni pasta no cheese. The italian dressing adds a great taste to it. I will definitely make the recipe again. My family loves it!
