CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM 
1 can condensed milk
1/2 gallon Borden's Dutch chocolate milk
1 1/2 c. Hershey's syrup
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix condensed milk and Hershey's syrup, then add a little Dutch chocolate milk (mix). Add the rest of the chocolate milk. Now add Cool Whip and it's ready to freeze. Takes a lot of salt to freeze.
