1/2 c. Hershey's chocolate syrup
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 lg. Cool Whip
1/2 gallon chocolate milk

Mix first 3 ingredients well. Pour into freezer container and fill with chocolate milk. Freeze according to the freezer directions.
