GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 cans French cut green beans, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 or 2 cloves crushed garlic
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 box (or 1 pkg.) crushed Saltine crackers
1 stick butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a casserole, combine green beans, soup, sour cream and garlic. Stir until well blended. Sprinkle cheese on top of mixture. Sprinkle the cracker crumbs on top of the cheese. Slowly pour the butter all over the crackers and bake for 1 hour or until cracker crumbs are golden brown.
