GREEN BEAN AND ARTICHOKE
CASSEROLE
 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. French style green beans, cooked & drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 stick butter
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
Seasoned cracker crumbs
Paprika

Mix all ingredients except artichoke hearts and crumbs. Line a greased 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 inch casserole with artichoke hearts. Add bean mixture in center, spreading to edges. Sprinkle with seasoned cracker crumbs and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 8.
