LEMON ICE BOX PIE 
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla or lemon extract
1 prepared graham cracker crust

Soften cream cheese. Mix cheese and milk until creamy, add lemon juice and extract. Pour into crust. Chill until set.
