1 pkg. (4 1/2 oz.) instant pudding-chocolate flavor
1 pkg. (2 layer) chocolate cake mix
1 pkg. (12 oz.) chocolate baking chips
1 3/4 c. milk
2 eggs

Combine pudding mix, cake mix, chips, milk and eggs in a bowl. Mix by hand until well blended, about 2 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured 12 cup tube or bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until cake springs back when pressed with finger. Cool 15 minutes in pan. Remove from pan and cool on rack.
