7 DAY COCONUT CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines Deluxe II)
1 (16 oz.) carton dairy sour cream
3 (6 oz. ea.) pkgs. frozen coconut (Birds Eye)
2 cups sugar

Mix sour cream, coconut and sugar. Let sit for 24 hours in refrigerator.

Prepare 2 layer cake mix according to package directions. Split layers, put mixture in and on cake.

Let sit at least 5 days in refrigerator before serving.
