1 loaf party rye bread 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch buttermilk salad dressing mix 1 large cucumber, sliced thin dill weed Soften cream cheese. Stir in dressing mix. Spread on party rye. Top with a slice of cucumber. Sprinkle with dill weed. Refrigerate. Very good on hot summer evenings. | |

Soak the cukes in vinegar, you can also use Pub Cheese spread and rye bread and cut the rye bread smaller. It's softer. We take these out on the boat with us in the summer time and everyone loves them,
