PINEAPPLE INSIDE - OUT CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cube melted butter
2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Blend flour, sugar (white), soda, and salt. Add egg, pineapple (with juice), and butter. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread brown sugar and nuts over top. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 35 minutes.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil topping ingredients. Cool cake 10 minutes and drizzle topping over top of cake.
