PINEAPPLE INSIDE-OUT CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
4 tbsp. butter

Cream sugar and eggs. Add flour, salt, baking soda and pineapple; mix well. Add vanilla and pecans. Bake in a well greased and floured 9"x13" glass dish at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.

ICING: Mix cream cheese, butter, confectioners' sugar and pecans, mix well and spread over warm cake.
