ITALIAN SAUSAGE-VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped cabbage
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. thyme
28 oz. can diced tomatoes with juice
16 oz. can Great Northern Beans
2 c. zucchini
2 c. cooked pasta

Cook sausage and onion together. Add cabbage, celery, spices, tomato and beans and bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer for 45 minutes. Then add zucchini and pasta for 15 minutes. Serve.
