HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN SANDWICHES | |
1/4 cup Dijon mustard 2 tbsp. honey 1 tsp. dried oregano 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. water 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (2 breasts, divided) 4 sandwich buns, split shredded lettuce 8 thin tomato slices In small bowl, combine mustard, honey, water, and seasonings. Set aside. Broil chicken 4-inches from heat source for 4 to 7 minutes on each side or till a meat thermometer reads 170°F, brushing occasionally with mustard mixture.
