CHICKEN A LA REINE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 to 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 c. cooked chicken or turkey, cut in bite-sized pieces
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (1 lb.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing

Place cooked broccoli in bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix soup, lemon juice, mushrooms, chicken or turkey and mayonnaise together. Spoon over broccoli. Make dressing according to package and spread over soup mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Can be made ahead and frozen. Serves: 10.
