OLD FASHIONED BRUNSWICK STEW | |
2 hogs heads 2 hens 2 lbs. good beef 2 qts. canned corn 4 qts. canned tomatoes 1 pt. apple vinegar 2 bottles tomato catsup 2 c. sugar 1 gal. chicken broth Worcestershire sauce, salt, black and red pepper to taste Cook hogs head, beef and chicken until tender; cook chicken separately. Grind all together, then add broth, vinegar, sauce, catsup, sugar, salt and pepper. Mix all and cook until thick. Put in jars and seal. |
