MACARONI MOUSSE | |
1 c. elbow macaroni 1 1/2 c. scalded milk 1 c. soft bread crumbs 4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) tbutter 1 green pepper, chopped 1 tsp. salt 1 c. cheese, grated 3 eggs, well beaten Cook macaroni in salted water 10 to 15 minutes, drain. Pour scalded milk over bread crumbs and add macaroni and remaining ingredients in order given. Pour into buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake 45 minutes in 350°F oven. |
