GRAM'S PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. thin sliced boneless pork chops
7-8 potatoes, sliced
3 large onions, sliced
2 (15 oz. ea.) cans creamed corn
salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease casserole dish.

Place pork chops on bottom of casserole dish, and season to taste. Cover with layer of potatoes. Salt and pepper, make sure to add enough. Layer with onion. Layer with creamed corn. Repeat until dish is filled.

Bake at 400°F for about one hour or till top of casserole is golden brown and pork chops and potatoes are cooked through. Enjoy!
