GLENDA'S EASY PORK CHOP AND
GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE
 
6 pork chops
1 or 2 (15 oz. ea.) cans green beans
6 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
salt and pepper, to taste

Pour green beans into casserole dish - do not drain. Add diced potatoes on top of green beans. Season pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper and lay on top of potatoes.

Bake at 375°F until chops are done (about 45-60 minutes depending upon thickness of chops).
