CHICKEN STIR FRY | |
3 to 4 boneless chicken breasts steamed broccoli florets 3 to 4 cups cooked rice MARINADE: 3 cloves fresh garlic, crushed 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/8 cup water 1/4 soy sauce Mix garlic, sugar, water and soy sauce together in a large bowl. Cube chicken and place in marinade. Let sit in refrigerator for about 15 minutes. In a large skillet, cook chicken and marinade together until cooked. Reduce heat to low and add broccoli, stir. Mix in the cooked rice and blend until sauce is evenly distributed. Serve with your favorite salad. Submitted by: Denise Caliguri |
