CHINESE HOT MUSTARD 
1/4 c. boiling water
1/4 c. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. salad oil

Stir boiling water into dry mustard. Add salt and salad oil. For a more yellow color, add a little turmeric. Makes about 1/3 cup.
