HOT PEPPER MUSTARD 
1/2 bushel hot peppers, chopped
1 qt. vinegar
1 qt. prepared mustard
3 tbsp. salt
3 lb. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1 pt. water

Combine peppers, vinegar, mustard, salt and brown sugar. Cook for 15 minutes. Then stir in flour and water and cook for 10 minutes more. Pour in jars and seal.
