CHEESY SPINACH BAKE 
1 (15 oz.) can spinach
1 c. milk
1 c. cubed white bread
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. chopped green onion

Drain spinach; combine all ingredients and pour into 1 quart dish; cover and bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until done. Serves 6.
