CHEESY SPINACH QUICHE 
9-inch deep dish pie shell
10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach
8 oz. pkg. Swiss cheese, cut in 1/2 inch strips
2 tbsp. flour
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 tsp. salt
A dash of pepper

Prick sides of pie shell and bake. Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain well. Toss cheese with flour; set aside. Combine eggs, whipping cream, salt and pepper, beating well. Stir in spinach and cheese. Pour into cooled pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 8 servings.
