CHEESY SPINACH BAKE 
1 (15 oz.) can spinach
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1 c. white bread, cubed
1/2 c. onion
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Squeeze all moisture from spinach. Combine all ingredients in greased 1-quart casserole. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes.
