STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1/2 lb. bulk sausage
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (about 1/2 regular pkg.)
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic
2 green onions, chopped
12 to 16 large mushrooms

Cook and break up sausage. Drain and place sausage in mixing bowl. Add cream cheese and Worcestershire sauce to sausage. Sauté onions and minced garlic in sausage pan. Add sautéed onions and garlic to bowl with sausage and mix all ingredients well. Stuff mushrooms. Place on cookie sheet and bake in preheated 350°F oven for 15 minutes.
