EASY STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chicken flavor stuffing mix (Stove-Top)
1 (16 oz.) pkg. bulk roll pork sausage (I use mild)
about 30 medium-sized button mushrooms, cleaned
1 onion, diced

Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare the stuffing mix in advance as directed on the package - set aside to cool.

Remove and dice mushroom stems. Place mushroom caps upside down in 13x9-inch baking dish.

Combine and knead mushroom stems, onion, stuffing mix and sausage. Shape into balls and place in mushroom caps.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Note: For larger mushrooms, bake longer to ensure sausage is fully cooked.

Makes about 30.
