MOCK LOBSTER 
2 lbs. cod haddock or white fish
1 lb. scallops, quartered
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1/2 can (sm.) evaporated milk
2 tbsp. cocktail sherry
1 c. buttered crumbs (1/3 c. melted butter, 1 c. crushed Ritz crackers)

Place large cut up pieces of fish and scallops (scallops on top) in 13 inch glass casserole. Sprinkle sherry over fish. Mix soup and evaporated milk and pour over fish. Sprinkle crumbs on top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. DO NOT USE METAL PAN!!
