MOCK LOBSTER CASSEROLE 
2 lb. haddock
1 can frozen shrimp soup
1 tbsp. lemon juice or sherry
1 tsp. minced onion
1 clove crushed garlic
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. bread crumbs or buttery crackers
Paprika

Step 1: Place fish in a buttered casserole dish.

Step 2: Mix soup, lemon juice/sherry. Pour over fish.

Step 3: Bake uncovered for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Step 4: Saute onion and garlic in melted butter, remove from heat, add Worcestershire sauce and crumbs.

Step 5: Sprinkle mixture and dust with paprika and bake for 10 additional minutes.
