MOCK LASAGNE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni, cooked
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
6 oz. shredded cheese
1/2 c. water

Brown meat, drain fat. Add tomato sauce, seasonings and 1/2 cup water. Cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In a 2-quart casserole, layer half each of macaroni, cottage cheese, shredded cheese and meat mixture. Repeat. Top with shredded Mozzarella. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
