PARTY LOBSTER AND SHRIMP DISH 
1 c. UNCLE BEN'S® "wild and white" rice
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. fresh or 2 cans mushrooms
1 c. celery, chopped
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. butter
1 (10 oz.) can lobster or crab meat
1 (24 oz.) can shrimp
1 green pepper, chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. slivered toasted almonds

Cook rice according to directions with salt. Cook mushrooms, celery, onion and green pepper in butter until soft. Break up seafood into bite size pieces. Mix all ingredients and pour into baking dish. Sprinkle almonds on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. If mixture is too thick, a little more milk may be added.
