SHRIMP DISH 
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. green pepper
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1 sm. can mushrooms or fresh, sliced
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shrimp, fresh shrimp or crawfish
1-2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
1 bay leaf
2 c. liquid (mushroom liquid and water)

Place all ingredients in electric skillet. Turn heat control to 275 degrees. Cover. When steaming, turn to 200 to 210 degrees and simmer for 30 minutes without removing cover. Yields 6 servings.
