SAUSAGE CALZONE 
1 c. Ricotta cheese
1 lb. sausage, loose, cooked & drained
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp. sweet basil
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 egg
1 loaf frozen bread dough

Thaw bread dough. Spread out on buttered baking sheet. In bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, Ricotta cheese, sweet basil, garlic, egg and sprinkle with pepper to taste. Spread mixture down middle of dough. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and loose sausage over mixture. Bring both sides of dough up over mixture and seal together. Turn sealed side to side of calzone. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes until crust is browned. Serve 3 or 4. Serve with hot tomato sauce.
