CALZONE 
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 c. warm water (105 to 115 degrees)
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 1/2 c. flour
1 egg white

1 to 2 c. grated Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. pizza sauce
Pepperoni slices, cooked sausage, meatballs, green peppers, onions, etc.

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add and stir in remaining ingredients. let rest for 10 to 15 minutes. Knead for 5 minutes. Pat into a 9 x 13 jelly roll pan (greased). Cover 1/2 the dough with my combination of fillings. Pull uncovered half of dough over fillings and pinch along edges. Slash top 3 times and brush with egg white. Bake fro 20 minutes at 450 degrees. Cut into squares and serve.
