NOODLE-SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese
12 oz. spiral noodles
1/2 cube nucoa
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 can water
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. curry powder
Worcestershire sauce to taste
Salt and pepper, if desired
1 1/4 lb. sm. cooked shrimp

Cook noodles; drain and set aside. Melt butter and stir in flour. Add milk and water and cook until thickened. Add soup, cheese, curry powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and stir until well blended. Mix in noodles and shrimp. Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and hot.

NOTE: Chicken can be used in place of the shrimp.
