SHRIMP NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. fine noodles
2 sm. cans shrimp, do not drain
1 onion, diced
1/4 c. butter
1 can Campbell's cream of shrimp soup
1 sm. bell pepper, diced
2 stalks celery, diced fine
1/4 tsp. red chili powder
Spices: salt, pepper, garlic powder, dried parsley leaves
Parmesan cheese, grated

Cook noodles until almost done. Drain and rinse and set aside. Saute onions, celery and bell pepper in 1/4 cup of butter. Add salt, pepper to taste and small amount of garlic powder. Then add cream of shrimp soup, 1/4 teaspoon chili powder and small amount of dried parsley leaves. Add the 2 cans of shrimp and mix well, then add the cooked noodles and small amount of grated Parmesan cheese and mix well. Pour into casserole dish and sprinkle more Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Do not overcook.
