SHRIMP NOODLE CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. sherry
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/2 lb. uncooked shrimp, cleaned
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 c. chow mein noodles (save 1/4 c.)
1/4 c. chopped pecans

Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased casserole. Sprinkle 1/4 cup crushed noodles on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. (If serving is doubled, double the baking time.)
