SHRIMP NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. shrimp
1/2 lb. crabmeat
4 oz. med. noodles, cooked & drained
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sherry
Olives
Mushrooms

Combine soup and milk; heat to boiling point and remove from heat. Add cheese, mayonnaise and salt. Blend in the wine. Add shrimp, crabmeat and cooked noodles. Scatter olives and mushrooms over top.

Bake at 350 degrees in uncovered casserole.

(Also can substitute 1 can white chunk tuna - very good.)
