EASY NUT BARS 
2 eggs
1 cup brown sugar, packed
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) melted butter
1/2 cup unsifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)

Beat eggs, add sugar and blend. Add melted butter while still warm, then flour, vanilla and nuts. Pour into greased 9x9-inch pan. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Cut into small squares to serve.
