SHRIMP AND NOODLE CASSEROLE 
3/4 lb. shrimp or 3 (4 1/2 oz.) cans
8 oz. med. noodles
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. sliced green onions
1/2 tsp. dillweed
1/3 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Cook noodles according to package directions. Cut 1/4 of the shrimp into thirds. Mix all ingredients except uncut shrimp together. Place in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, covered with aluminum foil. Then uncover, arrange the remaining shrimp on top. Bake 10 to 15 minutes. If desired, you can substitute 2 cups cooked chicken for the shrimp and add mushrooms for a different taste.
